Prestigious hotel brand get’s digital facelift
The Challenge / St Ermin’s Hotel London, once infamous for the exploits of the British intelligence services, was seeking a different kind of notoriety. A relaxed and elegant hotel at one of the most prestigious addresses in the heart of Central London, had just had a £30 million makeover and partnered with Shout to ensure that everybody knew about it.
We created a digital strategy that started with targeting the previously ignored 30% of users accessing the St. Ermin’s website through mobile platforms – and expanded that customer experience to the desktop.
Our mobile-first approach began with a fully responsive redesign of the website, supporting smartphones, tablet and desktop.
Utilising user insight and behavioural research we were able to improve and optimise the customer experience across platforms.
